Dominion Defense Technologies is an engineering-driven incubator specializing in the identification, de-risking, and maturation of emerging technologies for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and allied partners.
We focus exclusively on capabilities that address asymmetric threats in electronic warfare, unmanned systems, and urban/denied environments. Each portfolio technology is structured as a platform-agnostic, low-SWaP module that inserts cleanly into existing tactical architectures.

Low-Cost, Unlimited-Ammunition Pneumatic C-UAS
Patent-pending autonomous turret that manufactures aerodynamic ice projectiles on-site from tap water. Fires at 600 RPM via compressed-air propulsion. Operating cost under $1/hour — effective against kamikaze drones and commercial swarms within a 300–1,200 ft envelope. Safe for use near fuel storage, runways, and embassies.
Physical-Layer Unobservable & Jamming-Resilient Comms
Exclusive global rights to the SPC-MMD architecture — the first system to treat a transmission's observable signature as the primary sensitive asset with tunable privacy budgets. SDR-compatible, negligible SWaP impact. Statistically indistinguishable from ambient noise while preserving throughput under heavy jamming.
Non-IR, Heartbeat-Enabled Personnel Detection
Ultra-wideband RF sensing system using micro-Doppler analysis to detect and localize targets behind opaque barriers. Planned heartbeat detection and biometric friend/foe discrimination. Soldier-wearable or small-UAV form factor — at a fraction of current system costs.
